I bought a couple of these over the summer when they were having an 80% off sale. So far we have used one. We went to a restaurant we had never tried before. The food was pretty good and just as we were discussing that we probably wouldn't return because the food wasn't "out of this world," my husband spotted a roach on the wall right next to me!! That sealed the deal, we're not going back but I haven't lost hope in finding a good restaurant to buy a certificate from.

I just bought four certificates for $8. This time I chose restaurants that we have been to before. I almost bought a couple certificates to restaurants that I wanted to try but I checked their health department rating and decided not to, I don't want to chance another roach encounter!

Check out the website, this is an awesome deal. Next to the restaurant you will see "rules." Make sure you agree with them before you buy the certificate. For example, some restaurants don't let you use the certificates on weekends, some have a minimum purchase requirement, etc.

If you try something new, hopefully you will have a better experience then I did.

CVS this week

I'm too tired to list all of the details, but for all 3 pictures I paid $2.25 out of pocket. This week has turned out to be a great one, even though I was never able to track down the Gillette Gamer. My CVS claims to never have gotten them. I need the candy for a school project, I'm glad it didn't cost me much!!

Click here for a $1.50 off coupon for Yo-Plus yogurt. This should make it very cheap. Most stores charge around $2.00 for it. My favorite flavor is the pomegranate blueberry. The cups are small so I usually eat a cup of yogurt and an English muffin for breakfast.

Cheap dial hand soap and cranberry juice

Dial hand soap is on sale for $0.88 February 4-10. There was a 35 cent coupon in the 1/4 Smart Source. This would make it $0.18. Too bad they only double one coupon per order.

Ocean Spray Cran juice is on sale for $1.97. There was a $0.55 coupon in the 12/7 Red Plum and a $1.00 coupon in the 1/11 Red Plum. So $1 for cran juice.

Don't forget to bring your milk and coffee mate coupons!!

California resident coupons

California residents, click here for a coupon for $0.50 off a 1/2 gallon or whole gallon of California milk and a coupon for $0.30 off California cheese. The cheese coupon is on the bottom middle and the milk coupon is on the bottom right.
