ECB's are finally back in California and I got some great deals today!

Total: $13.29 paid with gift card that I transferred my ECBs to when the ECB program was suspended in CA
Got back $14 ECBs
So I figure this cost me $3.29 OOP which is an awesome deal. One reason for the high OOP is I paid 9.0% sales tax :(
